Hi, I’m Rachael
From a young age, I’ve had a natural connection to food shaped by my Greek and Italian cultural background. Fresh produce, home cooked meals and ingredients prepared from scratch were part of everyday life and that still guides how I think about nutrition today. I’ve always been drawn to whole foods, seasonal eating and organic choices.
Over time, that curiosity turned into a genuine desire to help others understand how food can support health and wellbeing. Professionally, I’ve been fortunate to work for Adelaide’s Finest Supermarkets, where I created the “Wellbeing” departments at Pasadena and Frewville Foodland. This role gave me the opportunity to connect customers with a wide range of health and wellness products spanning not only food but also supplements, personal hygiene and skin and beauty products.
Working closely with suppliers and manufacturers also strengthened my B2B relationships and helped me bring credible, high quality options to the people shopping with us. Alongside this, I’m a certified Nutritionist and I genuinely enjoy educating customers on the benefits behind different products so they can make informed choices with confidence.
Overall, I bring a rare combination of cultural authenticity, nutrition expertise and retail leadership turning everyday shopping into an experience that feels supportive, informed and wellness focused for your customers.
